Shrenik Limited insists on implementation of impartial behavior with every employee of the Company. In order to keep all the personnel in the state of enthusiasm, it is essential that they feel they are treated impartially. Employees are the most precious asset Shrenik Limited possesses and it ensures observation of highest standards in the treatment of its employees.

When it comes to Unity, the Shrenik Limited Code makes it essential to build harmonious relations amongst the colleagues, suppliers and customers. Relations are built on Trust, Mutual Understanding and Co-operation and hence everyone at Shrenik Limited must strive hard to create

BEING CONSIDERATE
We are expected to be thoughtful and considerate about everyone who has in some or other way contributed towards the growth and success of the Company. It may be an employee, customer, supplier or any other related party. Being considerate includes Respect and compassion for all the stakeholders of the Company. Relations are extremely significant for our company and we wish to store all the relations life- long for which we undertake to be thoughtful towards every connected soul!

The thin line that demarcates dreamers and achievers is that of Discipline. Personnel at Shrenik Limited  are advised to imbibe discipline in every work that they undertake. If individuals commit to be self-disciplined, there is no need of any supervisory control over them.

Being disciplined makes it easier to reach the perfection level so desired by Company. No matter what kind of work one is accomplishing, he/she is always expected to carry the said task in the best possible manner and somehow discipline contributes towards the successful attainment of the said task.

William Law had correctly framed that, “Perfection does not consist in any singular state or condition of life, or in any particular set of duties, but in Holy and Religious conduct of ourselves in every state of life.”

The Code of Conduct is not just a set of rules and regulations to be followed at our workplaces; it’s rather a thing to be practiced everywhere, everyday.
